Stampin' Up! Pansy Patch Birthday Card for the SU Demos Fun Fold Blog Hop

Hello my stamping friends.  Welcome to our monthly Stampin' Up! Demos Fun Fold Blog Hop!! The participating demonstrators are listed at the end of my post. I hope you will choose to hop along. Here's what I created for the hop today...

Let's take a closer look...

I watched Erin Reed during a Summit presentation back in February and appreciated her digital print outs. I CASE'd her card and just love it! I also made a portrait version of this fold back in May 2024.

Let me show you the inside...

The strip across the top is one of her digis and the sentiments are from SU's retired Pansy Patch Stamp Set. I used Perfect Plum ink. The base is obviously purple card stock but I'm not sure what color as it was just a stray piece in my stash (I have lots of them in purples!)

Card Base: 8 1/2" x 7 1/4"; score at 5 1/2" along the 8 1/2" edge; score along the 7 1/4" at 4 1/4". With the small square at top left, mark 6" to the right and 6" to the bottom (in other words vertically). Score from those two marks to make a diagonal. If the line doesn't intersect the other score lines, you know you've done something incorrectly...ask me how I know. I practiced with scrap paper first until I figured it out...lol!

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you will hop along with the list of demos below.

    Stampin' Up! Bashful Blue Butterflies

I really didn't know what to title this post because the base, mat, ribbon and butterflies are Stampin' Up! but the card front is a beautiful digital floral that was free from Alicia McNamara  (papercraftsecrets.com.au). I'm going to enter my card in the Beautiful Blossoms #38 Anything Florals with an optional Mood Board. I would love to have a vase full of daisies...so simple but so beautiful. Take a look see...

My card base is retired Bashful Blue with a mat of Lost Lagoon. The digital is from Alicia McNamara's Sending You Sunshine Printables. The Brushed Brass Butterflies are on SU's Last Chance list and the ribbon is Balmy Blue Organdy (retired).

    The inside is quite simple...

The sentiment is from the retired Hooray for Surprises stamp set. The daisy is from the retired Daisy Lane Stamp Set and is punched with the retired Medium Daisy Punch. I colored the center with light and dark Daffodil Delight Blends.

Thank you for stopping by today and happy 1st of March. Did anyone see February fly by?

    Make Over Monday Madness

My card today is a makeover of the one I posted here. Let's take a look see...

This was the last of the scripture cards from Taylored Expressions and the last of the digital paper from Kendra Morgan...unless I decide to print it again. I haven't decided what to do with the inside, so that's all folks!

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you'll be back tomorrow for our Stampin' Up! Demos Fun Fold Hop.

Stampin' Up! and Kendra Morgan Meet Up for 2026

Wow, we're into the third day of the year already...lol! My card today is for my pastor's birthday. He loves to wear plaid ties and Kendra Morgan had a digital plaid that looked almost like one he wears. I had a left-over Scripture card from Taylored Expressions so I colored it and added it to the card front with a stamp from SU's Branching Out.

Thank you for stopping by today and do you have any leftovers?

Stampin' Up! Feathered Fun Father's Day Card

Happy Father's Day is in order for my son-in-love. No, he's not my father but he is the father of JarJar. Jar is my grandson of the feathery kind. He is at least 26 years old and he is handsome but not pick-upable for me.

Using Kendra Morgan's April 2025 digital and a couple of Stampin' Up! stamps, I created this card for JarJar to give his "dad" who loves bourbon!

JarJar is mostly green with a little blue and red. I love the colors in Kendra's digi (although my phone and printer didn't pick up the brilliance). I cut it out with the second to largest die in the Textured Notes Dies. I stamped the sentiment from the retired Adventurous Sky Stamp Set in retired Orchid Oasis Ink. The card base is retired Cucumber Crush Card Stock.

    For the inside...

I stamped the sentiments (Orchid Oasis Ink) and glass of bourbon using the retired Whiskey Business Stamp Set. The bird is from the Feathered Fun Stamp Set. I stamped him in retired Wild Wasabi Ink and colored him with Light & Dark Granny Apple Green Blends and a Light Daffodil Delight Blend. The bourbon is colored with a retired Wild Wheat Stamp N' Write Marker, the ice cubes are colored with Gold Wink of Stella and the glass was stamped with Smoky Slate Ink. I don't have good luck coloring with markers and should have watercolored it.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you are having a blessed Sunday.

Stampin' Up! Unbounded Love Meets Beach Textures Digital

Happy Wednesday, peeps! My card today has a digital front with a stamped inside. Let's take a look...
My background is a digital image by Iced Images. I bought it with a set of beach themed digitals back in August.

The "You Rock" is computer generated and I got the idea from my friend, LeAnne Pugliese. As a matter of fact, the entire card was inspired by her! Thank you, LeAnne!!

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you'll be back tomorrow for our Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop.

    Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge 2419

Welcome to another PIP Challenge. Here is what I created for it...

I just love the pre-colored cacti digital from our awesome sponsor ...

Let's take a closer look, shall we?
I downloaded the digi and resized it to 3 3/4" x 5", adhered it to a 4" x 5 1/4" panel of Stampin' Up! Bubble Bath Cardstock. Then I adhered that to a retired Call Me Clover A2 cardbase. The "Happy Anniversary" are stickers and the embellishments are retired.

Thank you for stopping by today. Be sure to head over to the PIP Challenge and share a card you have created. You may even win a prize! Pammie's Inky Pinkies #2413

Welcome to another PIP Challenge. Here is what I created for it...

We have a new sponsor for this week's challenge. Thank you, Patti Gomez of Pattie's Creations. I have chosen to use her Poinsettias In Flower Pot digi. I hope you will check out her Etsy shop where you can purchase her beautiful digitals.
Let's take a closer look, shall we?

I printed out the digi twice after reducing it in size. The reason I did that was because I wanted to sponge around the flowers and pot. For the second one I cut out the flowers and lip of the pot. I colored them with Stampin' Blends.

I cut a frame with a Stampin' Up! retired Ornate Frames Die using Distressed Gold Specialty Paper. Then I found a retired Oval Collections die that cut out the sponged and colored digi. The flower portion is adhered with lots of Stampin' Dimensionals!

Thank you for stopping by today. Be sure to head over to the PIP Challenge and share a card you have created. You may even win a prize!

    Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge #2411

Welcome to another PIP Challenge. Here is what I created for it...

I just love the background digital from our awesome sponsor ...

This was the easiest digital card I have made so far. All I had to do was print out the digi, cut it to 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" and adhere it to a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" Pecan Pie Cardstock base.

Next I stamped the sentiment from Stampin' Up!'s He's All That Stamp Set in Pecan Pie on a scrap of Basic White and punched it out with the Modern Oval Punch. I also punched a scrap of Pecan Pie and cut it in half to make a border of sorts for the sentiment. I adhered it to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. Card front done!

For the inside, I used the same stamp set/ink and adhered a 1/2" border.

Thank you for stopping by today. Be sure to head over to the PIP Challenge and share a card you have created. You may even win a prize! You don't have to use Polkadoodles but check them out to see all the amazing images they have to offer! You can certainly find something you'll love!!

    Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge #2331

Welcome to PIP Challenge #2331. This week's sponsor is

Here is my card that I created with their Animal and Bug Love Set.  I used the "frame" cutting file.

It's almost like I knew what I was doing...lol. It was my second time working with cutting files...not easy for me. So, with the help of Stampin' Up! and Close to My Heart, I got 'er done!
I used a card base from Close to My Heart. I printed the "frame" from TCC on a piece of light-weight cardstock. I cut it to size and ran it through my embossing machine with a retired SU "Fluttering Textured Expressions Embossing Folder."

Next I cut the butterflies out with SU retired Brilliant Wings Dies. I used retired Black Glimmer paper but the camera and lighting didn't pick up the sparkle.

Be sure to pop over and see all the fabulous digital projects that the Cutting Cafe has to help your creativity! There are some really fun templates available for you.  Just click on the logo and you'll be on your way!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have some time to create a card for Pammie's Challenge.

Stampin' Up! Meets The Cutting Cafe Butterfly Hugs

Good Wednesday morning, afternoon or evening...whatever the case may be! My crazy butterflies are putting on a show for you today. Read all about it!

I used SU Basic White Cardstock, a panel of retired Botanical Butterflies DSP, a scrap of  Basic White to emboss butterflies with  a retired SU "Fluttering Textured Expressions Embossing Folder." However, I made the mistake of adhering it upside down! That's why I said my butterflies were crazy!! They are all going every which way so I left it.

I adhered a piece of Black & White Gingham 1/4" Ribbon. Then I cut the cutting file sentiment from The Cutting Cafe with a die from SU's Something Fancy Dies.

I finished it off by adhering gems...retired Adhesive Backed Hexagons.

I'm entering my card at these challenges:

Tic Tac Toe Challenge #216 by Elizabeth - I chose to go straight across the bottom.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you'll be back tomorrow for our Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop.

    Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge #2325

Remember the last challenge for me at PIP was 2323 and I was singing "In the Year 2525"? Well, you know what?  I'm not singing it for this challenge...I'm providing you with a different earworm...Soak Up the Sun! So, let's have some fun in the sun with a digital from Beccy's Place. Meet Maggie...

    Our sponsor this week is

Beccy has digitals, clear stamps and dies. Check her out by clicking on her logo. There's a $10 Gift Certificate in store for our lucky random winner.

So, let me tell you a little about my Maggie...she is standing on the Englewood Beach shore on a calm day. She has been in the water as you can tell by the wetness of her suit and boogie board. She used to be a surfer but now she is my age, thus the white hair, and no longer has the balance to stand on a surfboard! She loves the feel of sand between her wrinkles...lol! She also loves digging for sharks' teeth. She has a number of them in her collection.

Maggie was fun to color with my Light Crumb Cake, Light Pool Party, Light and Dark Highland Heather Stamp N Blends. I sponged a little Boho Blue on the sky and water portion. I added ripples from the retired High Tide Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight. The sun is a 1/2" circle using Lemon Lolly cardstock My card base is cardstock from the defunct Office Max.  .

I hope you have the time to create something for Pammie's challenge and do check out the wonderful product Beccy has in her store. Thanks , Beccy, for sponsoring this challenge.

    Bee Well

Good Sunday morning, peeps! This is going to be a short post so you can finish out your weekend without too much delay. This is another card we made in our Thursday group. Barb provided the kit and had everything prepared for us. This was the sample she provided...

All we had to do was color and glue! Here's my card front...

    and here's the inside...

Barb's card was much more vibrant, but I wanted the pattern to really show through on mine.

Thank you for buzzing by today. I hope you'll bee back tomorrow! I'm still looking for that 100th follower! I wonder who it will bee?!
