Stampin' Up! Mistletoe & Holly Paper Pumpkin Kit Christmas Card

Hello, my stamping friends. I decided I would organize my Paper Pumpkin Kits before the New Year. I also decided I would try to exhaust kits that were half used. Today's cards are from the November 2015 kit. I didn't have the "pinked" edge white cardstock left for the Cherry Cobbler card so I just cut a straight edge from scrap white. Most items are from the kit but I have noted in the chart where some are not. These are alternatives to what SU showed. Take a look see...

Stampin' Up! Epiphany

Good afternoon, peeps! Today Christians celebrate Epiphany, the day the Magi brought gifts to the King of Kings, Jesus, in Bethlehem. I have been sick so I didn't go to the church service, but I did watch online. I didn't post any pics of homemade Christmas cards I received because I was waiting until they were all in. Here are the results...

Linda K., Shirley G., Deb S.
Susan K., Rosie K., LeAnne P.

Sue M., Barb B., Dottie H.
Judi H., Pam C.

My two upline friends sent me thank you gifts for being part of their team. I am grateful to have spent 2024 stamping with them and with all my stamping friends. I'm looking forward to another wonderful stamping year.😊

I would like to thank all of you who stop by to check out my posts and especially those who are able to leave comments. I know Blogger doesn't always make it easy!

In 2025, I will probably only post twice a month on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays, once a month on Friday and every Thursday. Stay tuned and stop by, please.

I CASE'd a card by my upline, Amy Koenders, and you can see her video here so I won't go into great detail on the "how to".  Thank you, my friend, for your inspiration!

I used the same inks and technique as Amy but used a different sentiment (Christmas Friends Stamp Set) and embossed the panel with the Snowflake Sky 3D EF.

Thank you for stopping by! Clicking on the "next" button will take you to Akiko. Clicking on the names listed below will take you directly to team members and their projects. I hope you enjoy all the creativity.

Okay, I promise...this is the last Christmas card of the year! AND I'm using the same Brushed Gold Card & Envelope that I used here. Thank you, Amy, for the gift that keeps on giving...lol!

My inside and outer sentiments come from the retired Timeless Tidings and Evergreen Elegance Stamp Sets. The star on the front is from the Shepherd's Care Stamp Set and is heat embossed with WOW Gold Embossing Powder.

Stampin' Up! Star of Light Christmas Card

Happy mid-week, peeps. This is the last of my Christmas cards (maybe!). Our women's group at church gives gifts and Christmas cards to those who are shut ins or have had serious illnesses in the church. One of my wonderful uplines gave me a gift of Brushed Gold Cards & Envelopes...perfect for doing a mass production.  Everything I used for the cards is retired with the exception of the Cards & Envelopes and the Brushed Gold Foil Specialty Paper I used for the stars. They all use the same sentiments from the Star of Light Stamp Set. However, they all have different shaped stars on the front from the Stars at Night Dies and Hybrid Embossing Folder. Here's one of them...

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you'll be back tomorrow for our Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop.

Stampin' Up! Fragrant Forest for the Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop

Thank you for stopping here from wherever you came!! We have a theme challenge for you today and here is what I created for our hop...

Let's take a closer look, shall we?
My card base is Basic White with a mat of Basic Black. I cut a Pumpkin Pie cardstock frame with a die from Countryside Corners dies, as well as a Basic White piece for the Fragrant Forest background stamp trees. I used Shaded Spruce ink for that.

I stamped the truck from the Trucking Along stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored it with Light & Dark Pumpkin Pie Blends. The "T" and white highlights were made with a white gel pen. The tires are colored with a Light Smoky Slate Blend. I adhered the truck with Dimensionals.

In case you are not aware, I became a Tennessee Volunteers fan when I moved to TN last year and it doesn't matter which sport! I still have my love for the Syracuse Orange basketball and football teams but no other sport.

Thank you for stopping by! Clicking on the "next" button will take you to Akiko. Clicking on the names listed below will take you directly to team members and their projects. I hope you enjoy all the creativity.

Stampin' Up! Tennessee Volunteers Christmas Card

Good Monday morning, peeps! I know Thanksgiving is around the bend, but so is Christmas. My card today is just that!! Take a look see...

My card base Basic White cardstock with mats of Basic Black and retired Mango Melody cardstock, then the art panel of Basic White.

I stamped the art panel with stamps from retired sets. The evergreen boughs are from Evergreen Elegance and the "Merry Christmas" is from Christmas Gleaming. They are stamped in Pear Pizzazz and Mango Melody, respectively. Both are retired inks. After I adhered all the panels together with liquid glue, I ran it through my embossing machine with the retired Subtle EF. Then I adhered the panel to the card base.

Next I cut thin strips of Mango Melody to hang the ornaments. The outer ornaments are stamped in Mango Melody with stamps from the retired Christmas Gleaming set. They are cut out with their retired matching punches. The center ornament is cut with a retired circle die, sponged with Mango Melody and decorated with a "T" for, well you know, the Vols! The letter came from the retired Little Letters Thinlits Dies. I fussy cut the gray part but I have no name for that piece. I do know I stamped it on a scrap of Basic Gray from the retired Making Every Day Bright.

As you can see, I keep most of my retired items because I love most of them and I hate "seller's remorse"!

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you'll return for our Stampin' Up! Demos Fun Fold blog hop tomorrow.

Stampin' Up! Christmas Friends for Amy's Inkin' Krew Monthly Blog Hop

Hello my stamping friends! Welcome to our monthly Amy's Inkin' Krew hop. Our theme for this month is "Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays" and we can interpret that any way we want and use any product we wish. Here is what I created for it using the Christmas Friends Stamp Set.

I just think this polar bear is the cutest...let's take a closer look...

My design is inspired by the challenge at Sunday Stamps.
I scored 8 lines with my Trimmer on a 4" x 5 1/2" piece of Gray Granite Cardstock. The DSP strip is 1" x 5 1/2". My sentiment is adhered with Dimensionals. The rest of product I used is listed in the chart at the end of my post.

For the inside...

The sentiment is from Christmas Friends, the snowy ground is from Nests of Winter DSP. The bear and tree are cut from the retired Beary Christmas DSP.
