Stampin' Up! Let Love Grow for the Monthly Amy's Inkin' Krew Blog Hop

Welcome to the first hop of 2026 for the AIK monthly blog hop. Our theme for this month is "Love" and we can  use any product we wish.  The list of hoppers is at the end of my post. I hope you'll hop along. The products I used are all retired. Part of my goal for 2026 is to use the kits I have at least twice a month. Some of the kits are not even open!

This is from the March 2020 Paper Pumpkin Kit - No Matter the Weather and it was brought back as a 2021 Card Kit.

Let's take a closer look...

I also made the following two with the January 2018 and 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kits. These are for the church shutins.

However, I'm entering a fresh, new challenge at the Alphabet Challenge Blog. Caz chose to use X for Xtra Love/Hearts and I think this card fits the bill.

For the inside...

So, I think this could be used for engagement or wedding, agree?

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you have a great weekend ahead.

Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge 2405 Valentine Card

Welcome to Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge #2405. Here is what I created for the challenge. The design came from sketch #13 for #KCC13 Challenge,

Our sponsor for this challenge is...
Lawn Fawn is offering a $25 gift code to the random winner of PIP's challenge #2405. Lawn Fawn has stamps, dies and many assorted tools, inks, paper, along with other products to make your card creations special. Not only do they have their own line of inks, but they sell Distress Oxides by Tim Holtz. That is what I have used on my card today. The hearts on the Basic White Panel were sponged on with Worn Lipstick using the Stampin' Up! Hearts & Stars Decorative Masks, which are retired. Unfortunately, when I ordered the masks I didn't use them right away and ended up with two hearts and no stars! I hate it when that happens! The sentiment is from the current Country Bouquet Stamp Set.

The embellishments are retired Real Red Enamel Dots and Cherry Cobbler Enamel Hearts that I had in my stash.

The inside is inked in Real Real using the Country Bouquet Stamp Set. A strip of the Sending Love DSP is adhered to the bottom.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you have time to visit our sponsor AND enter your creation at PIP!

Stampin' Up! Love Card

Good morning, peeps! It's been quite awhile since I have made a card for a number of challenges. I will tell you about them after I show you what I created.

I made this card for Kendra's Card Challenge #13 and followed her design for card #2. I also made it for my CNCK team and AIK team. CNCK's challenge is "love" or "Valentine's Day". AIK's challenge is "red". BUT my main goal was to also play with Tic Tac Toe Challenge #tttc240, for which the board was created by Vicky. Take a look see...

I went down the right side. The inside is blank as I'm not sure if I'll use it for a Valentine card, engagement card, wedding card or anniversary card. Those are a lot of options!

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you have a great weekend.

Nautical Love

Happy mid-week peeps! My card today was a kit Deb provided for our Thursday group. She and her husband were boaters at one time and she made a similar card for her husband's birthday. The design is hers and the flags represent letters of the alphabet. She had all the pieces cut for us and all we had to do was adhere them and stamp "love" underneath.

Well, as you can see from the photo, I did not stamp "love". I really had stamped it but messed it up so badly that I removed the flags and embossed another piece of Basic White cardstock with the retired Seaside Embossing Folder. Sue M. had some spare silver letters in her stash, which she generously gave to me. I LOVE this card!

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you'll look for our Happy Inkin' Thursday blog hop tomorrow even though I won't be participating. I will be posting a card, however. Until then, smooth sailing!

Stampin' Up! Magnolia Lane

My card today is quick and easy IF you still have the Magnolia Lane M & M pack and the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper! Everything I used on the front is retired, unfortunately, with the exception of the pearl embellishment! I created it back in 2019 but forgot to post it because I hadn't finished the inside. (I'm cleaning up my craft room again...lol!!)

The ribbon and thread are from the Magnolia Lane Ribbon Combo Pack.

For the inside I used the current Very Best Occasions Stamp Set for the sentiment.

The magnolia is from the retired Good Morning Magnolia Stamp Set.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you'll be back tomorrow for our weekly blog hop.

Stampin' Up! Love & Happiness Valentine Card

Good Saturday morning, peeps! How's your weekend stacking up? Are you going to watch the Super Bowl? I'll watch the ads and half time as both of my teams are out of the play. So, for today's card I created a valentine which will go into my Craft Fair Stash.

I used the Love & Happiness Stamp Set for the sentiment on the front of the card and punched it out with the Treasured Tags Pick A Punch. I edged it with my Basic Black Stamp N Write Marker.

I created a Basic White Thick cardstock base 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4". I embossed a Basic Black mat (5 1/4" x 4") with the Bouquet of Love Hybrid Embossing Folder and placed the heart die from the Bouquet of Love Dies in the center. Next I ran a piece of Basic White cardstock (5" x 3 3/4") through my embossing machine with the BOLHEF without the die. I love this bundle! I used the little heart in the die set to cut out a Real Red heart and embossed it. I adhered it to the black heart with liquid glue and then that to the card front. The sentiment is adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals. Three Black Rhinestone Jewels finished the front.

For the inside...

I adhered a panel of Basic Black cardstock that was mis-placed to cover a booboo! Thus, the Real Red hearts from the retired Heart Happiness at the top.

I cut the Real Red heart with a no-name die I have and stamped the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White cardstock. I fussy cut it and adhered it to the red heart.

Fifty-three years ago I sent a valentine to the one I love. We didn't know each other but he was a lonely soldier in Viet Nam. That was the beginning of a love that will continue through eternity. We kept each other's cards and letters from 1969 and I still get them out on Valentine's Day and read them. We used to read them to each other on Valentine's Day. I still chuckle when I read the one that hints of marriage to a person he had never met and only knew through the mail for 3 months! When he arrived home, it was love at first sight and we married after 4 months of dating. Our friends gave the marriage one to five years! HA!!! We had the last laugh. He's been with the Lord for a little over three years but still in my heart and I'm thankful for all the memories we created on this earth.

I'm entering my card in these challenges:

 C.R.A.F.T. Challenge #626 - Love/Valentine

Creative Knockouts #439 Love/Valentine

Festive Friday #FF0102 with Red, Romantic Sentiment and Hearts

Thank you for stopping by today and letting me share a little of my life with you. Hold your Valentine close to your heart.

Stampin' Up! Friends are Like Seashells

Last Monday I created this card. Today is Monday Makeover Day with this one...

My card base is So Saffron. The bottom portion is a piece of Sand and Sea Designer Series Paper. The narrow strip is also from the same 12 x 12 pack of DSP. The card front is embossed with the Seashells 3D Embossing Folder. I'm entering my card in Craftyhazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge for March and Pammie's Inky Pinkies ATG 2109.

The oval sentiment from Friends are Like Seashells Stamp Set is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on a scrap of Flirty Flamingo cardstock and punched with the Double Oval Punch. It's adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals. Seven opal rounds are the finishing embellishments.

For the inside...

... more stamps from the Friends are Like Seashells, stamped on Basic White cardstock, matted on Flirty Flamingo cardstock and adhered to the base.

The envelope flap and front are decorated as well because, as Mary says, "No nekkid envelopes!"

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you liked the card.
"And I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine"
Hillsong Lyrics

Stampin' Up! Forever Blossoms Wedding/Anniversary Card for Amy's Inkin' Krew Blog Hop

Welcome back to another monthly Inkin’ Krew Team blog hop! If this is your first time for our hop, you're in for a treat! Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products. This month we are all creating projects with a “love” theme. We can interpret that any way we want and I have chosen to think wedding or anniversary. I’m featuring the Forever Blossoms Stamp Set and Stitched Be Mine Dies for my project. My design inspiration came from Jill Chapman and my technique by Linda Heller.

My card base is Basic White with a mat of Purple Posy. I took a piece of Basic White cardstock and sponged it with Frost White Shimmer Paint and let it dry thorougly overnight. I ran it through my embossing machine the next day using the Old World Paper 3D EF. SU also has Pearlescent Specialty Paper you could use but I wanted to give this technique a try.

I stamped the striped heart in Highland Heather and cut it out with one of the Stitched Be Mine Dies. The "Love" Purple Posy heart is cut out with a die from Arrange a Wreath Dies. The white heart is embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D EF and is cut out with a die from the Stitched Be Mine, along with the Purple Posy heart frame. I'm entering my card in Try Stampin' On Tuesday: Challenge #489 Use Dies.

The "Always and Forever" heart (Forever Blossoms Stamp Set) is punched with one of the Heart Punch Pack punches. The three little flowers are die cut from the Arrange a Wreath Dies. I added three Basic Pearl Jewels to the centers. I adhered everything to the card front with liquid glue and Dimensionals.

For the inside, I kept it simple...

a sentiment from Forever Blossoms and the image from Meant to Be. The matting is the same as the front...Purple Posy and Basic White. I really am enamored with this card and I hope you are too!

Stampin' Up! Over the Moon

Welcome to the Happy Inkin' Thursday blog hop. You're in for a treat if you have never visited before. It's a weekly challenge and this week we have a sketch challenge. This one was very difficult for me, but I tried. I can't wait to see what the other team members created.

I used the Over the Moon Stamp Set to create my card. This is such a great stamp set!

and here is the sketch...

No photo description available.

My card base is Whisper White. I embossed a piece of Basic Black card stock with the Hammered Metal 3D Embossing Folder.

I used the Classic Label Punch to create my Real Red mats, punching out four and gluing two together so they would be longer than the sentiments. Then I stamped my sentiments with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and punched them out.

The moon and stars are punched with the Twinkle Builder Punch. I colored the moon with my Daffodil and Pumpkin Pie Blends. The stars are Gold Glimmer paper.

I stamped my cow with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and used various colored Blends for her tail, locks of hair, spots, hooves and face.

There are no dies for the cow so you would have to fussy cut her. You could skip the background mat, which in this case I cut it out of a pattern from the From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper. The cow and moon are adhered with Dimensionals. Everything else is adhered with liquid glue.

The inside is unfinished as I have no idea how I'm going to use it. It could turn into a valentine card or an anniversary card.

This is my third and final entry at Mod Squad - Get Your Animal Stamps Inky. That has been such a fun challenge.

I hope you enjoyed my card today and thank you for joining the hop. Clicking on the "next" button will take you to Eva Dobilas. Clicking on the names below will take you directly to the other team members and their projects.

Stampin' Up! Parisian Beauty for Amy's Inkin' Krew Monthly Blog Hop

Welcome to this month’s Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop. We’ve got a "Love" theme today. Amy said we could interpret the theme however we like! I bet you are anticipating a valentine and red...not from me today! I hope you’ll be able to spend some time reading and hopping through all the other team projects today.

I used the Parisian Beauty Bundle to create my card. The base is 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Whisper White Card Stock. The Basic Black mat is 4" x 5 1/4". The Garden Lane Designer Series Paper mat is 3 3/4" x 5".

The sentiment is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and die cut with a Stitched Rectangle Die.

The sentiment on the inside is stamped right on the base of the card. The hearts are cut using the same DSP using a die from the Stitched Be Mine Dies.

The card is a CASE of Lynn Kolcun and was made at our card group last Thursday. Thank you for taking a look see today. I won't be posting again until 1/23 so I hope you'll return that day.

It's now time to hop on to the blogs of the other team members. I am curious about what gorgeous creations there are today.
