Here is our sketch.
I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on a scrap of Basic White Cardstock, sponged the edges with So Saffron Ink and raised it up with Stampin' Dimensionals. I added three Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels. Easy peasy and done!
For the inside I used more stamps from the set and matted the Basic White on a piece of So Saffron cardstock.
