Stampin' Up! Many Mates Beautiful Autumn Birthday Card

Welcome back for another Mystery Monday card where I give some of our card group clues throughout the week with a list of card cuts and supplies on the first day. They get to pick the cardstock and designer series paper that they want, along with dies or punches of their choice; same for sentiments and images.  If you have been following, you have noticed there have been no two cards alike! We are all surprised to see how our cards turn out. Here's mine for today using the Many Mates Stamp Set and Beautiful Autumn Stamp Set.

My card base is Cinnamon Cider cardstock with a mat of the same color. I embossed the mat with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder. To that, I adhered a piece of Just Jade DSP and Cinnamon Cider wood grain DSP from the 6 x 6 pack of 2020-2022 In Color DSP. I wrapped a piece of ribbon, from the Flowers for Every Season Combo Pack, around the mat and tied a bow. Then I adhered the panel to the card base with liquid glue.

I used the Tailored Tag Punch to punch out the "It's Your Day" from the Many Mates Stamp Set. Then I punched a Just Jade label and a Cinnamon Cider label, cut them in half and layered them behind the sentiment. I attached the layered sentiment to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. Three 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots finished the card front.

I'm entering my card in The Paper Players Tic Tac Toe Challenge by Ann Marie PP519. I went straight down the right side.
For the inside...

I stamped the sentiment from Beautiful Autumn and the image from the Poinsettia Petals Stamp Set. The corners are punched with the retired Trio Punch.

Here is sleuth Edie's card...isn't it gorgeous?

Colors are Cherry Cobbler and Crumb Cake. Here are her ingredients: "DSP is 6X6 Classic Christmas, Sahara Sand, the ribbon is from the Christmas twin pack. It was Real Red, but I used my Cherry Cobbler dark Stampin Blend to color it. The sentiment I used is from the “For Unto Us” stamp set. Ornament embellishments are from the “Christmas Gleaming” stamp set and matching punches. Inside and envelope stamps are also from Christmas Gleaming.  Stitched Nested Labels dies.

Here's Meg's
Night of Navy card base and BrightlyGleaming Speciality DSP. Copper Trim Ribbon.  and I just spread out the mesh Ornate Frames Dies, Itty Bitty Greetings sentiment.

Thanks again to Beth McCullough for her inspiration.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you enjoyed looking at our cards.

Stampin' Up! A Little Lace Boho Indigo Birthday Card

I was inspired by Sharon Armstong's design in the making of my card today using the A Little Lace Stamp Set and Zany Zebras Stamp Set.

The above photo is of the finished card with Pearl Basic Jewels added to the center of one flower and on the darker DSP. The next photo shows the fun fold.

The next photo shows it flat without the embellishments, but with the decorated envelope.

My card base is Misty Moonlight cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 1 1/4" and 4 1/4". I used Designer Series paper from the Boho Indigo Product Medley to decorate my folded back flap, the card front base and the inside back of the front.

I cut a Misty Moonlight mat with a die from Stitched So Sweetly. It was either the 2nd or 3rd smallest rectangle. Whichever it was, it was just a little bigger than the Rectangle Postage Punch that I used to punch out the sentiment and image from A Little Lace. I used Misty Moonlight ink for that.

I adhered a 1" x 5 1/4" strip of DSP to the outside of the folded flap. For the rest of the card front, I adhered a 2 3/4" x 5 1/4" piece of DSP. Then I adhered the sentiment layer to the folded flap with Stampin' Dimensionals.

On the inside, I adhered another piece of DSP 2 3/4" x 5 1/4". On the 4" x 5 1/4" Very Vanilla mat, I stamped the flower image in 2nd generation Misty Moonlight ink. "You Know Too Much" from A Little Lace is stamped full strength. The "Happy Birthday" from Zany Zebras is stamped full strength.

I'm very pleased with how it turned out and I hope you like it. I'm entering my card in these challenges:

The Paper Players PP519 Tic Tac Toe. I went down the center.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you'll be back tomorrow for another mystery card reveal.

Stampin' Up! Circle Thinlet Christmas Card

Today I have the last of the card kits from our card group. Sue M. brought this kit for our group to make. I believe she had the circle thinlet die from Stampin' Up!, which is retired. The patterned paper is some she got at Michael's. The stamp on the circle back is from a 1998 Stampin' Up! Stamp Set. I can't tell you much more than that!

TGIFC292 has a theme challenge this week

Thus, I am entering my card in their challenge. I think the spinner is quite magical and I wish I had purchased it when it was available. If you click on this link you can see the dies used and how to use them. There is a set available at mercari.com too, unless it has sold since this post.

I am also entering these challenges:

Stampin' Up! Path of Petals Sympathy Card for the Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop

Welcome to the Happy Inkin' Thursday blog hop. You're in for a treat if you have never visited before. It's a weekly challenge and this week we have a sketch challenge.
I used the Path of Petals Stamp Set  to create my card.

My card base is Purple Posy cardstock. I used the Tin Tile 3D Embossing Folder on a piece of Whisper White cardstock. I adhered it to the card base with liquid glue.

I had scraps of Feels Like Frost DSP laying on my desk so I put them to good use for the sketch! I adhered the silver pieces to each end of the leaf image. I stamped the sentiment with Gorgeous Grape ink. Before I adhered the pieces to the card front, I ran a piece of Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon around the leaf piece and tied a faux bow. Then I adhered the piece to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. I added three Playing with Patterns Resin Dots of varying sizes and the card front was finished.

For the inside, I added another piece of the DSP and stamped the sentiment in Gorgeous Grape ink. The envelope also received a piece of DSP for the flap and I stamped a leafy image on the front but the envelope wasn't in the photo!

I'm entering my card in the Krafty Chicks All Occasions #535 Challenge.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you'll have time to hop.

Can you believe tomorrow is Thanksgiving? Don't blink or it will be Christmas the next day! I do exaggerate, but really, it's only a month away! I have to admit I can't wait for 2020 to be over and I'm hoping 2021 will have some normalcy to it.

Here's my card for you...

It's a CASE of Maria Willis' card from 9/28/17. I used my September 2017 Paper Pumpkin Kit to create my card for you today. Everything is retired product except for the inside. I'm entering my card as a thanksgiving day card in the Watercooler Wednesday: WWC222 Heidi's All About Occasions Challenge. I'm also entering my card at Dragonfly Journeys No. 140 - Thank You.

For the inside, I used stamps from Autumn Goodness and Cajun Craze ink.

If you have any questions, I'll be happy to respond if you leave a comment with your email address.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you'll be back tomorrow for our Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop.

Stampin' Up! Happiest of Birthdays Masculine Birthday Card

Happy Tuesday, folks...at least I hope it is for you. I had a great day yesterday because I sold four cards! Woo hoo!! I'm about to show you one of them.

This was a card kit that Sue L. brought for our group last Thursday. She had the snippets of DSP all cut for us. I'm entering my card at Pixie's Crafty Workshop: Pixie's Snippet Playground #391 and hope to win her delightful prizes, which consist of balloon and birthday dies. Di is a really fun blogger from across the pond and if you have never visited her blog, I hope you can take time to do so. I'm also entering my card in Craftyhazelnut's Patterned Paper November 2020 Challenge. She is another delightful person from across the pond and I have won several stamps from her.

Y'all know I love making masculine cards and this one is no exception. The stamp set is retired as is the DSP but it was a joy to work with. Oh, and you know I love monochromatic too! What's not to love about M & M's! I think the name of the set is Classic Pickups and it's from the early 2000's. Does anyone know? I didn't look at the edge of the stamp when I used it. I could call Sue but I'm banking on someone from the Retro Rubber Challenge Blog "They Said It's Your Birthday" Challenge #RRCB148 to let me know!

For the inside, I kept it quite simple...

The sentiment is from the current Happiest of Birthdays Stamp Set.

Thank you for stopping by today. Now, get back to working on your Thanksgiving Day menu! Mine is done...we are going to friends and I only have to bring dessert!!

Stampin' Up! Gather Together Get Well Card

We're back to Mystery Monday card day again! This is #11!! I made two for today. I'm good at pretending I don't know how it will turn out. I have to do that when I play the Official American Mah Jong all alone! If you'd like to know more about that, leave me a comment.

I used the Gather Together Stamp Set, Healing Hugs Stamp Set and Daisy Lane Stamp Set to create my cards. First is my portrait orientation...

Colors are Magenta Madness, Bumblebee, Just Jade - DSP Flowers for Every Season - 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots - Vellum Sprigs

then my landscape orientation...

Colors are Magenta Madness, Misty Moonlight, Just Jade - DSP Flowers for Every Season - 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots - Vellum Sprigs

Meg's card...

Dashing Deer Stamp Set (retired), Heartwarming Hugs DSP

Edie's card...

Whisper White card base with a Bumblebee card stock mat. DSP is from the Flowers For Every Season 6 x 6 stack.  Edie reversed the DSP for the center panel and used the Just Jade and Misty Moonlight as the background for her sentiment. Sentiments were stamped with Just Jade ink. Embellishments from Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels. A little bit of Ruched Ribbon finished it off. Sentiments were from Here's A Card Cling Stamp Set.

Sue's Creation

Same instructions, totally different results...that's what we all love about the mystery cards. Thank you, Beth McCullough and Amy Pousson-Noonan for your inspiration.

I'm entering my card in the Use Your Stuff: #410 Tic Tac Toe Challenge and went straight across the bottom.
