Stampin' Up! Autumn Goodness for Amy's Inkin' Krew Monthly Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop! Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products. This month we are all creating projects with a “Thankful” theme and I’m featuring the Autumn Goodness Stamp Set for my project.

Here is what I created...

I made a Christmas card with this fold, which Beth McCullough taught me how to make. It's a little different in that the front flap fold has Designer Series Paper on it, rather than being embossed.

  • My card base is Pumpkin Pie (4 1/4" x 8 1/4", scored and folded at 5 1/2" to form the fun fold)
  • Adhere a piece of DSP (2 1/2" x 4") to the folded up flap (see third photo)
  • Adhere a piece of DSP (4" x 5 1/4") to the top part
  • Create another card (the Smoky Slate one) 3 1/4" x 8 1/2", scored and folded           at 4 1/4" and adhere it to the main base by centering it on the top part of the base
  • Cut two pieces of Whisper White 3" x 4", one for on the front of the Smoky Slate card and one for on the inside of the Smoky Slate. Stamp these with image(s) and sentiment(s); then adhere them in their proper spots

Front Fold Flap

The leaf image is from the retired Colorful Seasons Stamp Set and the two DSP's are from Halloween Night, which is also retired.

I'm entering my card in the following challenges:
