Good morning! I used the Good Morning Magnolia Stamp Set to create my card for you today. I'm not sure if the fold has a name but I was inspired by another SU demonstrator, Cheryl Charland. I'm entering my card again at Dragonfly Dreams: Add a Flower/Flowers and at Try Stampin' on Tuesday #453 Lush/Luscious and their photo.
Card cuts and some supplies used are listed at the end of this post.
My card base is Petal Pink and the Designer Series Paper is Magnolia Lane. The inside sentiment is from the So Sentimental Stamp Set. The flower is from the Good Morning Magnolia Stamp Set.
I cut all my pieces first and scored the necessary folds. Then I adhered the DSP in their appropriate locations.
I stamped the large magnolia in Black Tuxedo Memento Ink on a piece of Whisper White card stock and cut it out with the Magnolia Memory Dies. Then I colored it with my Light and Dark Mossy Meadow Blends and Light and Dark Flirty Flamingo Blends. I colored the center with my Dark Daffodil Delight Blends. I adhered it to the right flap with liquid glue and added three Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
With that done, I adhered the right flap with the 1" fold part to the back of the Whisper White sentiment panel using liquid glue. Then I stamped the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and adhered it to the card base with liquid glue.
This card is easy peasy so I hope you'll try it! Thank you for stopping by today. If you'd like to order any of the supplies, just click on the thumbnails below.
