Stampin' Up! Dragonfly Garden Encouragement Card

This was supposed to be the Mystery Monday Morning card yesterday but I really needed to get my crazy Christmas card entered into the JAI challenge.

I have another sneak peek for you today of the Dragonfly Garden Stamp Set and Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper coming in the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog. Here’s my card ...

My card base is Basic Black card stock, with a mat of Neenah Bright White card stock, and a mat of Bumblebee card stock that I embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D EF. I'm entering my card in Try it on Tuesday's Challenge "Embossed".

I cut three mats of Basic Black and three panels of the upcoming Dandy Garden DSP. I adhered them together with liquid glue and then glued all three to the card front.

Since my banner punches were in FL (what was I thinking!), I created my banner with my trimmer and paper snips. I stamped the sentiment from Dragonfly Garden in Memento Tuxedo Black and adhered it with liquid glue.

The dragonfly is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with my Light and Dark Daffodil Delight Blends. I punched it out with the upcoming Dragonflies Punch and adhered it with Stampin' Dimensionals.

The ladybug trinkets will be in the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog as well. They are adhered with glue dots.

On the inside, I stamped a sentiment from the Banner Year Stamp Set  and adhered a strip of DSP at the bottom.

The envelope flap received a piece of DSP and a dragonfly on the front.

Here's Meg's creation with her interpretation of the clues.

She used an Old Olive card base with a Mossy Meadow mat. The Gold Foil is embossed with the Evergreen Forest 3D EF. Her mats for the three panels of Most Wonderful Time Kit DSP are Old Olive. The greeting is from the retired stamp set, To You and Yours Too.

Edie really had a different interpretation. I never would have thought to arrange the rectangles like that. I love it!

She used Basic Black and Just Jade for her colors. Her DSP is the retired Share What You Love. The ribbon is retired. The sentiment is from the Positive Thoughts Stamp Set. She embossed her DSP with the Ornate Floral 3D EF. She also used Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels for embellishments.

We all had the same clues and there are no cards alike...that's what mystery stamping is all about!
