Thank you for stopping here from wherever you came! We have a sketch challenge today and here is what I created for our hop.
I really took it quite literally...
My card base looks black in the photo but it's really Basic Gray. The center looks like it's Basic Gray but it's really Smoky Slate! I have a new iPhone and I haven't seen any improvement in the camera's ability...perhaps it's the operator...lol!
The sentiment is from the Pansy Patch Stamp Set and I used Tahitian Tide ink. I sponged the colors on a panel of Basic White cardstock using a mask for the separation. The rest of the stamping is done with the Translucent Florals Stamp Set. The leaves are stamped in Parakeet Party and the flowers are stamped in Orchid Oasis, first and second generation. I cut them out with the Translucent Florals Dies. For the texture, I used the Painted Textures 3D EF. I added five Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels to finish the front.
For the inside I used the same colors as the front and the Translucent Florals Stamp Set.
