Thank you for stopping here from wherever you came! We have a sketch challenge today and here is what I created for our hop.
My card base is Blackberry Bliss Cardstock (5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"). I stamped a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock with the largest olive branch in the Olive Branch Stamp Set (retiring soon). I used the soon-retiring Sahara Sand ink pad. I wrapped a piece of Burlap Ribbon around the mat and adhered that to the card front with liquid glue.
With a rectangle from the soon-retiring Stitched Rectangles Dies, I cut a piece of Blackberry Bliss cardstock.
Next I ran my Crumb Cake ink pad across a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock (4 1/4" x 2 1/2") and sponged the edges with Blackberry Bliss ink. I doubled stamped the olive branch in Crumb Cake and Old Olive, coloring the olives with Light and Dark Blackberry Bliss Blends and Old Olive Blends. I stamped the sentiment from in Blackberry Bliss ink. I adhered it at an angle to the stitched panel and that to the card front with Dimensionals.
Three Iridescent Rhinestone Jewels finished the front.
The inside is blank with the exception of the olive branch so the buyer can write her own personal message.
