Stampin' Up! Nature's Prints Fun Fold Any Occasion Card

Welcome to the Happy Inkin' Thursday blog hop. You're in for a treat if you have never visited before. It's a weekly challenge and this week we have a color challenge. Here is what I created for it...

The colors I chose are Tahitian Tide for my card base, Starry Sky and Orchid Oasis for my Designer Series Paper strips and flower. I chose Starry Sky also because of the inspiration from Time Out Challenges: Challenge 215 - Photo Prompt. I love the color of the furniture in the photo.

This fun fold is called a Spanner card. It is so easy to create. I'm entering it in the Creative Creases Challenge #33 - Anything Goes with a Fun Fold. These are my ingredients and cuts:

Tahitian Tide Cardstock - 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", score and fold at 4 1/4"; cut down from the 1 1/4" mark to score line on both sides and burnish

Basic White Cardstock - 1 1/8" x 4 1/8" mats; 2 7/8" x 4 1/8" inner liner; and scrap for cutting 3 sentiment shapes

Vellum - 2 7/8" x 4 1/8" (after embossing, adhere to middle flap with glue dots)

Window Sheet - 1" x 5 1/4" (adhere to end flaps only with glue dots then adhere DSP and mats to each flap)

Sun Prints Designer Series Paper - 1" x 4"

Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper (fussy cut flower that is Starry Sky and Orchid Oasis in color)

Fern 3D Embossing Folder (emboss Vellum)

Nature's Prints Cling Stamp Set (stamp sentiments in Starry Sky Ink)

Natural Prints Dies (cut out sentiments plus one extra cut which will cover back of front sentiment when opened)

Elegant Faceted Gems (color with Blends and adhere wherever you like)

Dark Starry Sky Stampin' Blends

Starry Sky Ink Pad

Glue Dots
