Stampin' Up! Friends Are Like Seashells Fun Fold

I had no intention of posting on a Sunday but I couldn't resist the challenge at As You See It #244 - Getting Cozy. I am feeling cozy with Purple Posy! It will be retiring this May so I want to use it as much as I can!

I also feel cozy in a field of daisies! I colored a couple with my Purple Posy, Shaded Spruce and Rococo Rose Dark Stampin' Blends. The Designer Series Paper is from the True Love 12" x 12" pack.

I love this fun fold because it is so easy and quick to make. I will be making several of these this week. Measurements are listed below.

Here's the side view....

the inside...

and the back...

I am adding my card to a new challenge site for me: Three Room Studio Saturday Challenge #24 - Purple.

I hope you'll give this fun fold a try and if you want more particulars, just let me know. Thanks for stopping by today.

Measurements:

Purple Posy Base Piece: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

True Love DSP: 3 1/4" x 11", scored and folded at 5 1/2" and approximately 2 1/2" circle piece of a different pattern from True Love

    1. You are welcome Karen, is there a name for the funfold design or is there a tutorial for it please? Cheers and thankyou, Maz.

    2. Marilyn ~ I couldn't reply to your last comment about what type of fold it is. A friend made it up a couple of years ago and we made it in a class. There really are no instructions per se except to look at the pics and recreate it.

  6. I do like this fold, Karen. I've not seen it before and will probably give it a go. Purple Posy is a colour I've not used much but by chance, I'm using it in my next class. Thanks for playing along with us again at As You See It Challenge.

  7. The black and white DSP goes so well with the Purple Posy and I'm sure it has to be cozy because it rhymes, right? I like this fun fold, too! Thanks for playing along with us at As You See It Challenges.
