I used the Stampin’ Up! Perfectly Plaid Bundle to create my card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop, along with the Holly Jolly Christmas stamp set. We’ve got a sketch challenge this week...
and here is what I created for it ...

Whisper White Layering Circles Die 3"
Ho Ho Ho - Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set (I cut off one "Ho" to stamp the sentiment three times)
Pine Tree Punch - Wrapped in Plaid DSP
For the inside...
We've added two new hoppers for our Thursday hop...Karen K. and Akiko. Welcome!

ReplyDeleteThanks, Julie.
Deleteworking on this card now. Really cute design. But can you clarify--what color did you use for the belt buckle. Basic Gray doesn't seem to exist.
ReplyDeleteThanks
You are so right! It was Smokey Slate Light and Dark Blends. Thank you for catching that! I've made the correction in my post.
DeleteGreat--that's the one I had pulled but wasn't sure if it was right. Thanks so much for the response.
DeleteYour so good having something in the middle of your card, which I never do and makes it more interesting. The Santa is beautifully coloured and love how his red matches the red used on the card front. The papers you used are fantastic and the hint of gold in the tree just catches the eye. I'm so glad you shared this with us at TIME OUT!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Shona, for your glowing comment!
DeleteWonderful....seeing you sweet Santa makes me smile from ear to ear! Thank you so much for playing along with us at Time Out!
ReplyDeleteThe traditional Christmas colors look great in your card, I love the background you created! Thank you for joining us at Time Out!
