Stampin' Up! Enjoy Life for Happy Inkin' Krew Blog Hop

Wow, it's Thursday again already! So, you know what that means...

Yep, and this week the challenge is a sketch. Here is what I created for it.

Here is the sketch that we’re using this week:

I chose the top row across using Mossy Meadow, Pacific Point and Pear Pizzazz.

I started by sponging a scrap piece of Very Vanilla and blended the Mossy Meadow and Pear Pizzazz for the ground and sponged the sky with Pacific Point. Then I stamped the "weeds" and female silhouette from Enjoy Life in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I cut it out with a die from the Layering Ovals Framelits. The Pacific Point scalloped oval is cut with the same die set. The sentiment fit so nicely between her raised arms. I adhered the two ovals together with Tombow liquid multi-purpose glue.

The card front is embossed with the Layered Leaves DTIEF and is adhered to a Very Vanilla card base with Dimensionals. I used the liquid glue to adhere the art panel to the embossed panel.

For the inside, I used a stamp from Enjoy Life and the Happy Birthday is from Botanical Bliss. I kept it plain because the person who will be the recipient is a no-frills person. I know she'll love the verse!

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you enjoy life and hopping! Clicking on the "next" button will take you to Eva Dobilas. Clicking on the blue links will take you directly to that team member.
