and here is what I created for it using the High Tide stamp set.
I decided to use the sunburst (a/k/a starburst) technique. I explained how to do this here.
My Designer Series Paper (DSP) is from Tranquil Textures. I used an aqua painter to create the sky. The partial scalloped circle is a die cut from Stampin' Up's Layering Circles.
Here's the inside...
The ombre effect with the sentiments was a mistake but I kind of like it. Although we only had two blues to work with, I believe I created at least four different shades with the paper and ink. Therefore, I'm playing at Cuttlebug Mania's We Are Not Blue Challenge
