Stampin' Up! Beautiful You

I love to sponge and I love the person who will be receiving this card...she really does make me smile! There's a whole lot of loving going on here...and here! This is my second time this week playing at the Time Out site...I just love this challenge!

I brought out two stamp sets I haven't used in awhile...Beautiful You and High Tide. Here's what I did with them...
Masking and sponging...two of my favorite techniques. My inspiration came from Pine Hollow Paper Design. I made a mask for the sun and sponged the sunrise with Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo, Rich Razzleberry and Fresh Fig. My ocean is sponged with Tranquil Tide, Bermuda Bay, Pool Party and colored with Balmy Blue Light and Dark Blends (the area around the bottom of her dress). The sand is sponged with Sahara Sand. I adhered the art panel to a Calypso Coral card base. The beautiful woman's dress is also colored with Calypso Coral Light and Dark Blends. I made a mask of her using Gina K's Mask Magic that I won in a challenge. I LOVE it!

I'm going to go out on a limb here (like this beautiful cardinal) and join the Sunday Stamps Challenge 195. It is very difficult for me to decide if the color scheme matches their inspiration/color photo, but I hope so!

Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed my card...I enjoyed making it! I'd love to have you return tomorrow!! LOVE...there needs to be more of it in this world, don't you think?

    1. Thank you, Monika. Our wintery scene in southwest Florida is so different from the photo inspiration! My lady likes the ocean better than the snow...lol.
