Stampin' Up! Tranquil Tide Masculine Card

Thanks to Heidi at Watercooler Challenge #150, I had a chance to create what I think could be a masculine thank you card.

I also want to thank Kaylin at Try Stampin' on Tuesday #351 for the design inspiration. I chose not to do the optional theme of "winter".

This was a quick and easy card to make. I thought it was more masculine because it was not frilly and it seemed like a manly color. Men do like flowers! What do you think?

The products and measurements are listed below.

Measurements:

Tranquil Tide Card Base: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored and folded at 4 1/4"

Whisper White Mat: 5 1/4" x 4"

Fresh Florals DSP: 3 3/4" x 1 1/2"

Tranquil Tide Ribbon: 5" x 1/2"

Scraps of Tranquil Tide and Whisper White for sentiment.

  1. Hi Karen, I know my Dad loved flowers, but he was a landscape gardener and designed flower gardens back in Victoria. Your card is gorgeous in those colours. The two designs compliment each other beautifully. I love the way you've connected the two but kept them separate with that ribbon. Nicely done! Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
