Creative Creases Challenge #64 Anything Goes with a Fun Fold

Good morning, peeps. It's another every other Friday Fun Fold at Creative Creases and here's what I created for the challenge today...

Let's take a closer look at how this was created...
Card Base:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Mat: 5 1/4" x 4" dry embossed with the Stripes & Splatters EF
Drapery Fold: DSP 3" x 11" in length scored at 1 1/2", 2", 3", 3 1/2", 4 1/2", 5", 6", 6 1/2", 7 1/2", 8" 9", 9 1/2"
On each side measure up 1 1/2" and make a tick mark
On one of the sides, cut diagonally from the 1 1/2" mark to the bottom of the 5" score; on the other side, cut diagonally from the 1 1/2" mark to the bottom of the 6" score.
Fold and burnish in accordion style from each end
Use a strip of Tear & Tape on the back to secure the pleats
Adhere it to the embossed mat; I adhered the biggest folds with liquid glue
Before you adhere the mat to the card front, wrap a piece of ribbon around it and tie a bow. This helps hold the pleats down.

On a scrap of the DSP, I stamped "Just a Note" and punched it out with the Double Oval Punch. I adhered it with Stampin' Dimensionals.

The inside is CAS...

I used the Very Best Occasions Stamp Set for the sentiments, Garden Green Ink, Bubble Bath Cardstock and Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper.

Thanks for stopping by today and I'd love it if you'd become a follower if you aren't already.

I hope you have the time to enter our challenge. Just click on the logo or the blue "challenge" and you'll be transported there immediately. Debbie, Rae and I hope to see your entry over at Creative Creases #64.
