Stampin' Up! Country Bouquet St. Patrick's Day Card for the Thursday Happy Inkin' Blog Hop

Today I have used the  Country Bouquet Bundle for our sketch challenge.

Let me 'splain, Lucy...

My card base is Basic White 4 1/4" x 11", scored and folded at 5 1/2".

I cut another piece of BW cardstock 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and ran it through my embossing machine with the Cane Weave 3D Embossing Folder. Then I sponged it with Granny Apple Green ink.

Next I adhered a 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" piece of Designer Series Paper from the Tea Boutique 6" x 6" pack.

I used the following inks for the sentiment, hearts and leaves: Old Olive, Garden Green and Granny Apple Green. I used the Country Bouquet Punch for the leaves and shamrock hearts, along with the Label Me Fancy Punch for the sentiment.

Three Brushed Brass Butterflies finished the card front.

  3. Such a great friendship card, Karen! Love how you used the heart to make a 4 leaf clover. Perfect for St. Patty's Day but can be used any time, as well! And I need to use that embossing folde! It's such a great way to add texture. Have a great day, my friend.
