Welcome to another Inkin’ Krew monthly blog hop! Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products. This month we are all creating projects with a “Giving Thanks" theme. I used the current Heron Habitat, Butterfly Brilliance and Brightest Beauty Stamp Sets along with Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper.
My inspiration for this fold came from Alyson Mayo. She called it a "Triple Fold Over Card". I'm still not up to speed mentally or physically after Hurricane Ian to go into lengthy "how to" so here's the bare bones...
- Mossy Meadow card base: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, score @ 2 1/8 and 6 3/8, burnish and fold into center
- Rustic Harvest DSP 2 x 5 3/8 (2) for folded flaps
- Mossy Meadow Bannerized mats: 3 3/4 x 1 3/4 (3)
- Rustic Harvest DSP 3 1/2 x 1 1/2 (3)
- Two pumpkins fussy cut from the DSP
- Sentiment from Heron Habitat, punched with Double Oval
- Mat from DSP, punched with Double Oval
- 3 Brushed Brass Butterflies
- Cajun Craze Mat: 4 1/8 x 5 3/8
- Basic White Inner Panel: 3 3/4 x 5; Butterfly Brilliance and Brightest Beauty stamps; sponged with Cajun Craze ink
- DSP for flaps 2 x 5 3/8
I'm entering my card in the Double Trouble Paper Crafting Challenge #122 and playing with all 3 Things, including Jan's Digi Blog Challenge ATG October 2022 .

ReplyDeleteOh - this is wonderful, Karen! Love the fold, the paper - all of it! So glad you were able to hop with us this week! :)
ReplyDeleteKaren, it's good to see you back! And a pretty card to boot. I was so concerned about you, I had to email Mary D. to see if she'd heard from you after Ian. I'm a Demo in Minnesota but spend time in Ft. Myers and Bradenton during the winter. I'm hoping to get in touch this winter to see if we could meet in person. Thanks for all your creativity!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous fall card, a great take on that fold! Thanks for playing along with us at Double Trouble.
ReplyDeleteLove your fold and so glad you used our Design Team Member (Alyson) at DTC, tutorial and instructions. It's a great source for fun fold cards and many others. Love the peek-a-boo of the florals behind the banners and the inclusion of a pumpkin... made Twisted Sister happy. Beautiful fun fold card. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble and Jan's Digis Blog Challenge. You may want to enter your fun fold at one of our partners Creative Creases too at
