Stampin' Up! Daisy Garden Thinking of You for the Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop

I created this card for the Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop. Can you guess if our challenge is theme oriented, color oriented or sketch oriented?

Did you guess color? I love this challenge!

I chose to use the Daisy Garden Stamp Set and stamp it directly on a piece of Perfectly Penciled Designer Series Paper. It looks like the daisies are in jail...lol! But the stripes aren't bars, they are stripes for the Creative Inspirations September Challenge - Spots or Stripes.

I colored in the centers with my Daffodil Delight Blends and adhered it to a Daffodil Delight mat to adhere to my Basic Black card base.

I punched a medium daisy twice with the Medium Daisy Punch out of Basic White card stock and colored the center with my Dark Daffodil Delight Blend. I adhered that with a glue dots. While I had the Blend out, I colored a piece of white Baker's Twine for the bow.

The sentiment is from the Go To Greetings Stamp Set. I used the Double Oval Punch to punch the Daffodil Delight scalloped mat and the Basic White piece for the sentiment. I added three black Classic Matte Dots so it wasn't so stark.

The inside flower was stamped with the Hello Ladybug Stamp Set.
