Good Sunday morning, peeps! My card for you today is one we made at our Thursday card group.
Sue L. had the card kit prepared for us with the Cajun Craze card base, pretty patterned paper, and Basic White cardstock. We were ready to go with the scoring, cutting, folding, burnishing, stamping and adhering! Take a look see...
We used the butterfly and flowers from the Touch of Ink Stamp Set, which is a retired Sale-A-Bration item from earlier this year.
The patterned paper is not Stampin' Up but it sure is pretty, don't you think? The Happy Birthday is a stamp from Elegant Greetings 1999! It's a wood mount. I love the font, don't you?
Sue called this a Pop-Up Fold card but couldn't quite remember who taught her to do this...Connie Stewart? Lisa Curcio? Dawn Griffith? It really doesn't matter because none of those seemed to fit exactly with what Sue did. I can't even give you instructions on how to do this yet because I'm still trying to figure out how we managed to do it! But, we did it!!
Thank you for stopping by today and hope you have had a great weekend. Hopefully Henri is not wreaking havoc with you. Do you think I'll have some M & M's for you tomorrow? Please come back to find out!
