Here's the inside...
I'm entering my card in the Retro Rubber Challenge #155 Rainbow Connection as two of my stamp sets are over a year old and the DSP contains colors of the rainbow.
I'm also entering my card at the Time Out Challenge #184.
Believe it or not, this was not an easy card for me to make. I have a difficult time getting measurements right so I am not even going to add instructions!
