Non Stampin' Up! Birthday Card

My card today is a commissioned card for a friend's mother. Her mother loves Las Vegas and you can see why by what I created for her. 




I had fun creating this for her. Her birthday is not until  the end of August so we'll have to wait patiently to hear her laugh all the way from Minnesota!
