Good Sunday morning, peeps! It's a foggy day this morning in SWFL and I'm hoping it lifts before I sail off to Sunday School. Well, I'm not really sailing but I am showing you a card that uses the Sailing Home Stamp Set and Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper!
This was one of the make and takes at our demonstrator get together last Sunday. It's a Sharon Armstrong design, which Sue M. had CASE'd and prepared the kit. Texas Sharon has a video on You Tube for making this card but in the meantime, here are some rough directions and measurements in inches...
Night of Navy Card Stock 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 and 8 1/2 x 3 scored at 4 1/4 (for the fold)
Whisper White Card Stock 4 x 2 3/4 (one for outside and one for inside)
DSP 4 1/4 x 2 (2)
Stamp sentiment, birds and lighthouse in Night of Navy Ink on one piece of WW. I used a Blender Pen and ink to color the lighthouse and water. Adhere to front NON fold.
Adhere pieces of DSP to each side of 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 piece of NON. Adhere NON folded piece to center.
Stamp remaining piece of WW with sentiment and adhere to inside of folded center.
I'm entering my card at Seize the Birthday #185, but I'm not doing the optional topping of Touch of Green.
If you have any questions or need more detail, let me know in a comment.
Thank you for stopping by today and I hope to have a Makeover Monday for you tomorrow. It's a humdinger, trust me!
