Stampin' Up! Beauty Abounds

It's the middle of the week and the end of my butterfly cards...promise!

I used the Beauty Abounds Stamp Set to create my card for today.

My card base is Bermuda Bay but the camera did not present the true color. I stippled the Whisper White mat with Bermuda Bay Ink.

The large butterfly is fussy cut from the retired Botanical Butterflies DSP. The two itty bittys are stamped from the Butterfly Gala Stamp Set and punched out with the Butterfly Duet punch. I used my light and dark Balmy Blue Blends to color all the butterflies. On the large one, I used the Blends Lifter to try to get some even lighter spots. It is adhered with Dimensionals.

The sentiment from Beautiful Bouquet is stamped in Bermuda Bay.

I used my Granny Apple Green light Blends to color the leaves of the floral spray from Beauty Abounds. I added three tiny pearls (which you can hardly see from the photo) from a retired Paper Pumpkin kit and called it clean and simple yet elegant. I hope the Design Team at The Card Concept #119 Butterflies agree!

I colored a piece of the same DSP and added it to the envelope...as Mary says, "No nekkid envelopes!" The front of the envelope has a few butterflies stamped on it.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope to see you back tomorrow for our Thursday Blog Hop.
