Our monthly Inkin' Krew team blog hop is always themed based. This month Amy has given us "Celebrate Spring" for our theme. We can interpret that any way we want and we can use any products we want.
Spring...what better time to sell a house in southwest Florida! Northeners are tired of the cold, snow, ice, sleet and rain! Our Canadian neighbors are selling their home in back of us and I created this card for the new people when they move in. We don't want our neighbors to leave but we totally understand the difference between the Canadian dollar and the USA dollar! Once they sell, they will rent in our community.

Here's my card...
I chose the colors of Lovely Lipstick, Granny Apple Green, Pool Party and Mango Melody because of this challenge: SUOC 218 Color Challenge. SUO allows neutrals in their color challenge.
My die cut flowers (using the Bouquet Bunch Framelits) are Pool Party, Lovely Lipstick and Mango Melody. My Basic Black fence is cut with a die from Stained Glass Framelits. Meg used part of a die in the Botanical Tags Thinlits for her bird but I used retired dies from Beautiful Branches to make two birds facing each other. The Botanical Bliss Bundle will be on my next order! (Update: I attended our team meeting Sunday via Zoom and was able to get this bundle in the Prize Patrol...thank you, Amy!)
For the grass, "weeds" and butterflies, I used the Enjoy Life stamp set. For the grass, I stamped Granny Apple Green full strength and the weeds are second generation.
The "Welcome" comes from the Well Said stamp set and it's stamped in Pool Party.
For the inside I used sentiments from Well Said and In the City. The little house is from Hearts Come Home.
