1. Color Throwdown - ctd497
I used my Call Me Clover, Pineapple Punch, Calypso Coral and Bermuda Bay Stampin' Write Markers to color the DSP. My card base is Calypso Coral and I put a Whisper White mat under the DSP to show off the colors. I adhered the vellum to it with liquid glue.
To hide the seam between the two DSP pieces (and to follow the sketch), I used Calypso Coral Ombre Ribbon and Linen Thread. I wrapped it around the mat and secured it with glue dots. I adhered the mat to the base with mini dimensionals.
The bees are from EK Success.
The sentiment is stamped in Call Me Clover using the Painted Glass stamp set. I sponged it with a dauber using Calypso Coral ink.

I spent the day cleaning up my craft space. I really feel a sense of accomplishment. Now I can make a card tomorrow that requires a little more work than this one!
Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you enjoyed my card. I enjoy your visits!
