My card is a case of LeAnne Pugliese's. Here's a photo of the Easter card she sent us.
Hers is subtle, mine is bold! I'm entering mine in the challenge at Cute Card Thursday. This is the first time I have played with them. Their challenge this week is Challenge 527 - Pretty in Pink!
My embossing folder is from Darice and once LeAnne told me the name of it, I was fortunate enough to find it was still being manufactured. I now have four of them just in case it retires! I'll eventually use three of them as gifts or blog candy.
My card base is Whisper White. I cut a Whisper White mat for the front 4" x 5 1/4". I used my brayer and Flirty Flamingo to ink up the inside of the embossing folder; then I ran it through the Big Shot. I kind of like the way the right side looks ragged.
I stamped three butterflies from the Hold Onto Hope stamp set using Melon Mambo ink. Using the Cross of Hope Framelits, I cut out the cross that is also Melon Mambo. I added a Berry Burst Glitter Enamel Dot to the center and my card front was done...easy peasy!
The stamp set and dies are available as a bundle, which saves you 10%, but only until May 31. If I can help you with an order, I would be delighted to do that. If you would like to purchase this card, I can create the inside according to your needs...Easter, sympathy, get well, thinking of you, etc.
Thanks for stopping by today. I appreciate your support.
