Stampin' Up! Magical Mermaid

It's been awhile since I entered a challenge, let alone post a card...it seems like forever to me, but I know it's only been since Wednesday for a card and Sunday for a challenge! So for today, I am entering my card in Shopping Our Stash #351 - Mythical & Magical.


and here's a pic of the birthday girl...



She almost looks like the mermaid, don't you think?
She likes pinks and purples so I used my aqua painter to watercolor the digital photo I found. I fussy cut the mermaid and adhered her to DSP from Delightful Daisy, which is sold out.

The inside is the Magical Mermaid stamp set from the Annual Catalog.  Inside and front sentiments are from that set. I used the Pretty Label punch for the front sentiment.

    I love this Mermaid, beautifully colored, the background paper is just perfect for this lovely image.
