A Threefold Cord

This is one of my favorite scriptures:

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
11 Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?
12 And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
So, with that in mind, I made this anniversary card for someone but I can't say who in case they are reading this!

I was inspired by Mojo Monday 495 Contest for the layout.
For my colors, I was driven by Color Throwdown #441

Again, everything I used is Stampin' Up. For colors I chose Tempting Turquoise, Wisteria Wonder and Pink Pirouette. I used Stitched Shape Framelits for the squares, Falling in Love DSP and Flourishing Phrases stamp set.

Marriage really is a journey and it's one my husband and I have been on for soon-to-be 48 years. As a matter of fact, today is the day I met him 48 years ago.
He looks totally different today but our love for each other is totally the same. It's been an up and down hill journey but it's been worth it. Oh, and by the way, he is still looking for the Superbee we had to sell to make way for our first child. If you see it, let me know...I'll buy it for him when we renew our vows for the 50th!

Thanks for looking!!
