Stampin' Up! Many Mates Old World Masculine Birthday Card

Today I used another card from the July 2020 Sheetload of Cards design. You can view all the others by clicking on "sheetload of cards" on my right side bar.

I used the Many Mates Stamp Set for the outer and inner sentiments, the Old World Specialty Designer Papers and Gold Foil for my banners. The sentiment is stamped in Night of Navy ink and I sponged the banner with Cinnamon Cider ink. I adhered it with Stampin' Dimensionals. Did you know that Many Mates is a bundle? Yes, it is and obviously one of my favorites for the sentiments. I have not used the dies in the set yet.

Don't you just love those dies?

Let's take a look at the inside...

My martini is fussy cut from the Share Sunshine digitals that Stampin' Up! had a few months ago. I colored the olives with my Light Poppy Parade and Light Old Olive Stampin' Blends. I used silver Wink of Stella on the glass. I also sponged around the edges and lightly on the mat with Night of Navy to give the mat a little depth and to tone down the white. It's adhered with liquid glue.

I'd like to enter my card in the following challenges:

Thank you for stopping by today and have a blessed Monday.

Stampin' Up! Beautiful World Graduation Card

Today I used the Beautiful World Stamp Set, Many Mates Stamp Set, and Old World Specialty Designer Series Paper to create a congratulations card for my step-son who just graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, a few days ago AND he already has a full-time job working for Microsoft! How exciting!!

My card base is Mossy Meadow. The mats are the new Brass Foil and all the patterned paper is the new Old World Specialty Designer Series Paper. The sentiment is from Many Mates stamped with Mossy Meadow on a Whisper White Banner and sponged with Cinnamon Cider. I used the Banner Triple Punch to create all the fishtails.

The inside is clean and simple.

The sentiments from Beautiful World are inked in Mossy Meadow and the panel is sponged with the same ink.

I'm displaying my card at Use Your Stuff: Free Week and at Craftyhazelnut's Patterned Paper for July 2020.

If you have any questions, let me know in a comment. Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you'll be back tomorrow for our Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop.

Stampin' Up! Beautiful World Masculine Birthday Card

Today I have used the Beautiful World Stamp Set and the Old World Specialty Designer Series Paper to bring you a masculine birthday card. I'm entering it at Dare 2B Artzy's Masculine challenge.

I created this the same way I did on June 28, 2020. I just changed the pattern from the Old World Specialty Designer Series Paper, the ink (Mossy Meadow), the sentiment (Celebrate Sunflowers), and a banner rather than a punched one.

Sorry this is so short but I'm off to get my hair cut, finally, and to see the doctor. So, if you have any questions, please leave them in a comment.

See you tomorrow and thanks for stopping by today.

Stampin' Up! Beautiful World and World of Good Friendship Card

I hope you are having a relaxing Sunday and weekend so far. I was able to make this card and have 5 others in the works using the new World of Good Designer Series Paper and the Beautiful World Stamp Set.

It's so difficult to get a good photo with the Brass Foil paper but it looks great in real life.

My card base is Misty Moonlight with a layer of DSP from World of Good. My mats are the new Brass Foil and I used different patterns from the same series because they had the brass foil in the map and globe. I punched the fishtails with my Banner Triple Punch.

The sentiment is stamped on a scrap of Bumblebee card stock with Misty Moonlight ink. I punched it out with my Everyday Label Punch. I added three retired embellishments and I don't know the name of them. I adhered the sentiment with Dimensionals.

The globes on the DSP provide lots of circles for the challenge at 2 Sisters on the Blog #40. Because I have used paterned paper, I'm playing at Craftyhazelnut's June Patterned Paper Challenge Site.

The inside is clean and simple...

I used a stamp from the May 2020 Paper Pumpkin Kit. My mat is So Saffron and the ink, again, is Misty Moonlight. I added a 1/4" strip of DSP at the bottom.

Thank you for stopping by today.

Stampin' Up! Masculine Timeless Tropical Retirement Card

Are you watching Saturday morning cartoons? Me neither! They aren't what they used to be! Instead, I'm showing you the card I made for today and I'm hoping you are watching/reading!

So, yesterday I showed you a card I made from Call Me Crafty Al's June 2020 SheetLoad of Cards. This is an alternative for which she has done another video. My card is a CASE of hers.

I used the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper. I cut a piece of wood grain patterned paper 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and adhered it to a Very Vanilla card base, same measurements.

All the patterns are from the same series. I cut one at 1 3/4" x 5" and 1 3/4" x 4 1/2". I adhered them to Vellum that was cut 1/4" longer than the patterned paper. I used my Cropodile to round off the bottom right corner of the Vellum. I adhered the patterned paper to the Vellum with liquid glue.  I took those pieces and adhered them to the card front with liquid glue. Alicia bumped her top banner with what SU calls Dimensionals but I forgot to do that.

I stamped the sentiments from Many Mates on a scrap of Whisper White card stock and punched it out with the Label Me Lovely Punch. I sponged the edges with Gray Granite as well as sponging the entire sentiment. I adhered it to the card front with Dimensionals.

For the inside, I used the A Good Man stamp set and the Timeless Tropical stamp set.

Thank you for stopping by today and if you have any questions, just leave me a comment and I'll get back to you asap!
