Good frosty morning my stamping followers. So far, I've got nothing here in east TN except for fog and frost on the ground. I hope it stays bare and I hope you are safe wherever you are. Now, if I were back in FL, I'd be a lot warmer but it IS 34 degrees here so I'll take it! Let's put a little spring in the air today, okay?
I just adore the Floral Delight DSP and this fun fold shows both sides. The paper is no longer available but the Everyday Arches Dies are! The butterflies are from my stash and were cut out years ago when I first started stamping. This card is soooooo easy to create with any 12" x 12" patterned paper that you have. You can actually make two cards at one time and I did just that after being inspired by a video Claire did from Created the Ottaway (interesting craft name!).
You take one piece of 12" x 12", cut two pieces at 5 1/2" x 12" and with the 1" strip that's left, you can make two 1/2" belly bands. You score the main pieces at 1 3/4", 4 3/4", and 7 3/4". Fold it so it looks like this...
The birthday stamp and front sentiment are from the retired Birthday Celebration Stamp Set.
