Stampin' Up! All About Autumn Thanksgiving Card

Good Saturday morning, peeps! I made lots of Thanksgiving cards and didn't get them mailed in time. So, in any event, let me show you some of them...

A piece of 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" Basic White cardstock is scored 7 times on the left top side. The sentiment from the retired "A Wish for Everything" stamp set and is stamped in Pumpkin Pie ink. The openings are 1 1/4" square using a retired SU Whale Punch...boy are those bulky! So glad they redesigned their punches!!

A 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" panel of retired All About Autumn DSP is adhered to the inside front.
For the inside...

The frame is cut from retired Mango Melody cardstock using a retired die from Ornate Layers Dies. The computer generated greeting is cut with a Deckled Rectangle die.

My second card is done in the same fashion with different measurements for the DSP. I just love this retired DSP, don't you? I also like the different width of scores.

and the inside...

I decided to enter the second card in the AAA Card Challenge #278: Sketch and CAS (a lot of "white" space). I flipped my squares to the side, which is allowed.

and here are two more using all retired goodies...

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you are having a great weekend. Do you have your Thanksgiving meal planned?

  2. Love the way you score parts of your card. Very effective way to add interest while not distracting from your focal image(s). The patterned paper you chose is so pretty. Thanks for joining us at AAA Cards.

You entered a beautiful card for the challenge; then you took the sketch and ran with it to make a series of beautiful cards! I love the trees on the patterned paper. Thanks for joining the challenge 💖
