Welcome to our Anything Goes With a Fun Fold Challenge. If you haven't played at CCC before, what are you waiting for? We'd love to see your fun fold creation. Here's what I created...
Let's take a closer look, shall we?
Thank you, Linda Bauwin, for your excellent, quick video on how to create this "Super Easy Fancy Fold".
I used different cardstock, DSP and glimmer paper. I also used a different stamp set inside. Want to see? Okay,
and here it is partially opened...
I hope you'll join us at CCC #79. If your card is picked as a winner, you'll get a chance to be a Guest Designer...that's how I started out! Our Design Team is a great one and I hope you'll check out each member's blog. You'll be in for a treat!!

Karen, what an elegant fun fold card with that glimmer paper coordinated with the A Little Latte DSP! This card design is so fun with the offset front panel! In terms of the imprint from the postage die, I actually like how that seems to kind of frame up the sentiment. There are some workarounds though if you don't want that look. You can try less pressure in your die cutting machine when you die cut the piece or try misting the paper slightly and using a bone folder to smooth it out from the BACKSIDE of the paper.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Carrie, and also for the tips!

DeleteKaren, I've never seen this fold before. So creative with all of it's glitz and glam. I'm reminded of Hollywood Stars of the 40's and 50's. Stunning!
