Stampin' Up! Dainty Delight Praying for You Card

Good Monday morning, peeps. It just happens to be a makeover Monday! It's counterpart can be found here.

We created this card in our Thursday card group and Sue M. provided the kit. It consisted of :

  • flowered patterned paper (unknown) 4 1/4" x 2 1/2 (2)"
  • Linen Thread
  • Early Espresso 4" x 5" (inside) and 2" x 4" for punching flowers (Boho Blossoms, retired) and die cutting mat (Scalloped Contours) for sentiment
  • Very Vanilla 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" to cut leafy branch (Dainty Delight Dies), butterfly, and hand cut sentiment.

The sentiments were from a non-SU set that had different sayings and she just put them together so they made sense! The butterfly stamp and die is unknown, but it was stamped in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed with Gold Embossing Powder. The gold dots were something she picked up at a sale, I think.

We had a piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock cut at 4 1/4" x 11", scored and folded at 5 1/2". From the front, we cut 1/2" strips (6) and glued them as shown in the photo.

The second piece of patterned paper went on the inside top front.

Thank you for stopping by today and have a blessed day. I hope you'll be back tomorrow for our monthly Stampin' Up! Demos Fun Fold Blog Hop.
