We made this card at our Thursday card group. Sue M. provided everything we needed. The dies we used were Becca Feeken Daisy Delight Garden Shutter Dies and can be purchased at Spellbinders. Trust me, this was not easy but I'm happy with the way it turned out!

The inside sentiment is from the long retired Holiday Hannah Stamp Set (1997 SU) stamped in Daffodil Delight. You can find this on Etsy or eBay probably.
I'm not sure what the patterned paper is but you could use anything you have.
