Stampin' Up! Nature's Prints Thinking of You Fun Fold Card

TGIFFF...thank goodness it's fun fold Friday! Are you looking forward to the weekend? I am because it means two days of being out of the card room! It is a total mess and I'm certain some of you know exactly what I'm talking about! With transitioning from old to new, I came up with a card that mixes both. Take a look see...

My fun fold was inspired by Terri Gaines. Measurements are listed below.

The DSP for the first panel is the retired SAB 2022 Daffodil Afternoon. I colored the daffodils with my Light and Dark Pumpkin Pie and Calypso Coral Stampin' Blends. The second piece of DSP is from the new Tea Boutique 6" x 6" pack. The inner liner is Crushed Curry which I dry embossed with the new Fern 3D EF. I also used the same folder to emboss the front mat which holds the die cut bee from the retired Detailed Bees Dies. The sentiment is from the Nature's Prints Stamp Set. I cut it out with a die from the Natural Prints Dies and cut off the side edges to fit the panel. The "You're on My Mind" is from that same stamp set. The "Sending a Card" sentiment is from the Flowing Flowers Stamp Set in the January/June 2022 Mini Catalog. I secured the connecting panel with Tear & Tape. Everything else was adhered with liquid glue. The ink color for the sentiments is Memento Tuxedo Black. The fern leaf from the Nature's Prints Stamp set is stamped second generation in Pear Pizzazz.

• Card base: 11" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 1 3/4", 3 1/2", 5 1/4" and 7"
• DSP for mountain folds: 1 1/2" x 5 1/4" 
• Panel connecting the two mountain folds: 5" x 2 1/2", scored at 2 1/2"
• Mat on front connecting panel: 2 1/4" x 2 1/4"
• Sentiment mat on back part of connecting panel: 2" x 2"
• Inner liner: 3 3/4" x 5 1/4"
• Sentiment mat: Die from Stylish Dies
• Sentiment square: 2 1/8" x 2 1/8"
