Stampin' Up! Easter Friends Spring Card for Amy's Inkin' Krew Team Blog Hop

Welcome to another Inkin’ Krew monthly blog hop! Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products. This month we are all creating projects with a “Celebrate Spring" theme. Here is what I created for it...

We had two bunnies when we lived in upstate NY...Snowflake and Brownie. Here's a pic of them with my daughter and her grandmother.

My card base is Thick Basic White cardstock with a mat of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper. On top of that is a mat of Magenta Madness.

I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock with a die from the Stitched Rectangles Dies. I stamped the bunny from the Easter Friends Stamp Set in Gray Granite and gave him Light Pale Papaya cheeks. I used the retired Hexagon Punch and In Good Taste DSP for the basket. I die cut the eggs out of scraps in these colors: Poppy Parade, Crushed Curry, Pacific Point, and Granny Apple Green I adhered the basket. with with a foam strip at the bottom and tucked the eggs in with glue dots. The Gorgeous Grape egg fell out of the basket with a glue dot! Then I stamped the sentiment from the Easter Friends Stamp Set in Magenta Madness ink. I adhered it to the card front with liquid glue.

Next I adhered the 3/8" Open Weave Magenta Madness bow with a glue dot.

Thanks to Kristi Gray, one of my teammates, for her inspiration.

I'm also entering my card in the SUOC 296 with the inspiration picture.
