TGIF, peeps! First week of January...doneski! Hope you have a great weekend planned for yourselves.
I'm using the Awesome Otters Stamp Set, which is free during Sale-A-Bration. Click on the "catalogs" on my side bar to find out what Sale-A-Bration is! I'm also using Gentle Waves Background Stamp, for the first time, from the new January-June 2022 Mini Catalog. Take a look see...
My design was inspired by the Atlantic Hearts Sketch #454.
Next I got out my Layering Circles Dies and cut three Misty Moonlight scalloped circles. Then I stamped the three otters with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on a scrap of Basic White and cut them out with a smaller circle die. I colored the images with Light Stampin' Blends. (Crumb Cake, Petal Pink, Balmy Blue, Misty Moonlight and Pool Party). I adhered the middle otter with a "Wobble" and the end ones with liquid glue. I colored three Clear Epoxy Essentials with my Dark Misty Moonlight Stampin' Blends and added them to the strip.
For the inside...
I stamped another otter and sentiment from the Awesome Otters Stamp Set on a 5 1/4" x 4" piece of Basic White cardstock. The otter is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored this otter and fish with more Stampin' Blends (Bronze, Light Soft Suede, Light and Dark Gray Granite). I stamped the sentiment with Misty Moonlight ink. I sponged Balmy Blue ink around the bottom portion to give the illusion of water.
