Stampin' Up! Artistically Inked Meets Friendly Flamingo for Amy's Inkin' Krew Monthly Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop! Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products. This month we are all creating projects with a “birthday” theme and I’m featuring the Artistically Inked Stamp Set and Friendly Flamingo Stamp Set (retiring this month).

The colors for my card were inspired by Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #447 Tic Tac Toe. I went straight down the left side.

I used Stampin' Up Colors: Balmy Blue, Calypso Coral and Mossy Meadow and a stamp from Artistically Inked to create my background.

I stamped my sentiment from the Friendly Flamingo on the "DSP" in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Then I ran it through my embossing machine using the Seashells 3D EF. I stamped my flamingo in Calypso Coral and fussy cut it as I didn't buy the dies that went with the stamp set. You can though! I adhered it with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I added three gold metallic pearls to finish the front. Now on to the inside...

I had a strip of leftover card front and adhered it to the inside. The sentiment from Friendly Flamingo is stamped in Calypso Coral. Fini!
