Happy Thursday, peeps. Today's post will be a short one as we are on our way to Hollywood Studios for the Rise of the Resistance and then some other rides.
Yesterday we walked 8 miles in Epcot! I was beat and went back to the room and my daughter and grandkids stayed at Epcot til dark! Here are a few pics of our adventures at The Land during the festival. Along the way I saw some pansies and, of course, thought of SU and my teammates and uplines!!
My granddaughter is a vegetarian so we tried the Impossible Korean BBQ Short Ribs with cilantro-lime rice and it was delicious!
We ate dinner at the Rose & Crown Pub and both the service and food was great.

ReplyDeleteWow - The Land is one of my fave exhibits!! It's just so...cool! And I DO think maybe my next job should be driving the carriages there, don't you??! Looks like you're having a wonderful time - TFS the adventure with us! :)
