Stampin' Up! Pampered Pets Sympathy Card

My card today is inspired by Beth McCullough with an unusual mystery card. She gave her subscribers all the clues at once, for which I am thankful, because most of you know it's not easy to create a sympathy card for pet or human. I used the Pampered Pets Stamp Set, Playful Pets Designer Series Paper and Stitched Shapes Dies to create my card.

My card base is Basic Gray with a mat of Basic Black and Playful Pets DSP. I cut the two frames with the third and second largest square Stitched Shapes dies. I stamped the dog in Memento Tuxedo Black ink, and the hearts in Real Red then I cut it out with the second largest square. I adhered everything to the card front with liquid glue.

I stamped the inside pup with Basic Gray ink and the sentiment in Real Red. I added a piece of DSP to the envelope flap and butterflies to the front.

I'm entering my card in the Crafty Animals Challenge #43, Craftyhazelnut's Patterned Paper October 2020 Challenge, and Scribbles Design Challenge - Feature a Creature.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you'll click on the link above to get Beth's instructions for the "unmystery"! While you're there if you would click on "like" for my card, I might get my name in lights for her "People's Choice Award"!
