TGIFriday, peeps! Hope you are looking forward to a fun, relaxing weekend. We are going to the Thunderbirds air show in Punta Gorda Saturday but we'll be watching from a friend's house with a picnic on the side.
Yesterday our card group met at Sue's and this is one of the card kits she prepared for us using the Snow Front Stamp Set.
The card base is Whisper White 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". We adhered a sparkly piece of card stock (from another source other than SU) the same size using liquid glue.
On a piece of Whisper White, 4" x 5 1/4", we sponged the sky in Pacific Point. The mountains are stamped in Crumb Cake as is the snowy path.
The big pine trees are stamped in the retired Tranquil Tide but you could use the current Pretty Peacock. The smaller evergreens are stamped in Garden Green.
The snowman is stamped with a Stone Gray Stazon ink pad. The cabin and deer are stamped in an ink I had never heard of and can't remember what it was...sorry!
The sentiment was on a block so I'm not sure what set it came from and it was stamped with the unknown ink pad. It was punched from one of the retired "whale" punches. It's adhered with Dimensionals.
Trust me, this is a fun stamp set and I wish I had purchased it, I'm glad Sue did!
I'm playing today at Cute Card Thursday: Challenge 606 - Christmas/Holidays, at Cardz 4 Galz - 108 - Something Beginning with "S", and at Art Impressions Blog: Challenge 269 Holidays.
