Welcome to another monthly Inkin’ Krew blog hop! Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products. This month we are all creating projects with a “Celebrate Summer” theme and I’m featuring the Sailing Home Stamp Set for my card. Take a look...
I'm just getting this in under the wire at Paper Craft Crew PCC342 Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge and I'm going straight across the top.
My card base is Crumb Cake. I sponged a piece of Whisper White in the following colors, beginning at the bottom: Seaside Spray, Balmy Blue, Rococco Rose with a tad of Terracotta Tile. The sun is So Saffron.
I used the Sailing Home Stamp Set to stamp the lighthouse in Basic Gray and the bigger sailboat in Pretty Peacock. The sentiment is from the Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set and is stamped in Pretty Peacock. The smaller sailboat is stamped on a scrap of Whisper White in Pretty Peacock and cut out with the Smooth Sailing Dies.
For the inside, I used the Magical Mermaid Stamp Set.
Everything is stamped in Crumb Cake with the exception of the sentiment. I sponged the bottom edge to give it a look of a sandy bottom.
