Stampin' Up! Apron of Love and Apron Builders Framelits

Good Monday Makeover morning to you, peeps. Today I decided to CASE my friend, LeAnne's card. Here is hers...

and she won a challenge with it! and here is mine...

I kind of think this follows the sketch at Atlantic Hearts Sketch #306...do you? do they?

I hope y'all will let me know in a comment!

I demo'd this card for our group this past Thursday...they loved it! My colors are Whisper White, Cajun Craze, Garden Green and Grapefruit Grove.

The only stamping is the sentiment from Apron of Love. There is also a stamp for the apron strings but I used the twine from Nature's Twine. I haven't played in awhile at the Alphabet Challenge - "Y" is for yarn, string or twine. I hope you get a chance to visit their site as they have some pretty unique uses of these items on cards.

There is a stamp for the little stems/leaves but I did mine free hand with a Garden Green Stampin' Write Marker.

I used the matching Framelits to cut everything out. The Cajun Craze strip is embossed with the Quilt Top TIEF. Over at Inspired By, they have a "modern quilt" challenge. I see one of my colors in their photo. See it?

The card is an easy assembly once you get everything cut. Glue dots come in handy for the little flowers.

Hope you enjoyed my card and thanks for stopping by today.
