Good morning peeps! Well, on Monday I showed you a card we would be making at our card group on Thursday and I hoped the ladies would fall in love with it and they did! But, we didn't make that one...we made this one...
another entry for #WWYS162
My card base is Blackberry Bliss (retired and I have way too much of it!). You can easily substitute it with Fresh Fig. My mats are Sweet Sugarplum (retiring April 9) and a piece of card stock from Office Max when they were merging with Staples (I have 4 reams of card stock from that deal!). You can use Pink Pirouette for that.
All the stamps are from Sweet Little Something. I stamped the flowers in Blackberry Bliss (Fresh Fig) on the Sweet Sugarplum mat. I adhered that to the pink mat with Tombow. Then I wrapped some Blushing Bride Baker's Twine (retired) around the two mats, tied a bow, and adhered the mats to the base with Tombow. Tip: You can take Whisper White Solid Baker's Twine, drag it through the Pink Pirouette ink pad with your bone folder, et voila!
The bunny is stamped on Whisper White. I started with the first detailed stamp and used the darkest color, Fresh Fig. Then I stamped the second less detailed stamp in Sweet Sugarplum. The last stamp was done in Pink Pirouette. This is a three stamp set and it's so easy to do it with the Stamp-a-ratus. Using my Big Shot and magnetic platform, I cut the bunny out with the largest die from Layering Ovals Framelits and adhered it with dimensionals.
You know how prolific bunnies are, right? I think there may be another one tomorrow. I just love the different effects with different inks. And, that Stamp-a-ratus...WOW, you have to get one June 1...just sayin'!
I thank Amy Koenders for my inspiration and thank you all for stopping by.
