I love the flower that is in the Amazing You stamp set (exclusive to Sale-A-Bration). This stamp set also has Celebrate You dies that go with it. If you are interested after looking at my card, just give me a holler!
I used the Sunday Stamps SSC172 SKETCH FUN by Heidi for my layout
My card.....
My card base is Real Red. I used a scrap piece of Whisper White, which I embossed with the Garden Trellis TIEF.
I had a scrap of retired corrugated Kraft paper upon which I ran a piece of 1/4" Whisper White Organza Ribbon across and secured it in back with Scotch tape. Before I did that, I colored the ribbon with my Real Red Stampin' Write marker.
The flower was stamped in Crumb Cake and then colored with my Real Red Watercolor pencil. I used a Blender Pen to smooth out the color (it looks almost like Calypso Coral, don't you think?) I then punched it out with the Everyday Label punch. I adhered that with Dimensionals. I wish I had waited until I adhered my sentiment as the sentiment doesn't quite fit the sketch layout BUT I rather like the placement! I used the Happy Birthday stamp from Party Pandas (also exclusive to Sale-A-Bration). I stamped it in Real Red and punched it out with the Classic Label punch.
I hope you have enjoyed my card today and encourage you to return tomorrow. I took yesterday off to help the guys power wash the house and all outdoor/porch/lanai furniture. Ugh, making cards is much easier!
