Stampin' Up: Large Numbers and Layering Circles

and

are the challenges I am entering this card in today. I CASE'd my card from yesterday. I used my Cuttlebug to cut the dies as well as for embossing.

In addition to using the First Edition Sporting Silhouette die that I used yesterday and the Penny Black Just For You die (adhered to the largest circle from Stampin' Up's Layering Circles Framelits), I used a Darice Swiss Dot embossing folder and next largest circle for the "golf ball". The sentiment on the "golf ball" was stamped prior to embossing and is from a Paper Pumpkin kit April 2016.

The "85" is from the Large Numbers Framelits. This card is for my brother who will turn 85 in March. I'm sure he wishes this represented his golf score!

I chose to use retired ink and cardstock from SU...Lost Lagoon. The DSP is the same as yesterday, 49 Market Up Up and Away, cut free hand but is taller than yesterday. The flag is also hand cut.

I hope you like it...

Thanks for looking and Happy Thanksgiving!

  3. This is a great design and perfect for our challenge! Such a great idea to emboss the golf ball cut with the Swiss Dot folder and the spelling of "fore" in the sentiment is great! Thanks for sharing with us at Cut It Up! ~Katrina
