While we were in North Carolina and New York in June/July we got to see our beloved fireflies. I captured some and put them in a jar but released them quickly so they could go find their mate...just kidding. I do remember doing that as a child, however. Here's what I imagined with some help from a fellow cardmaker, Sarah Lillie, as inspiration.

I love my fireflies too....in the middle of the night, sometimes I sneak outside and sit on my porch to watch them! This card captures their wonder!
